Despretly tying to tether laptop
I have downloaed Fix.CAB to phone, via TP phone and phone hss indicated file and successfly unzipped and installed, (must this process bet done via laptop & active sync?) I also did the I Net Sharing thing on Laptop. there is is no indication in Laptop sys tray that connecton is made, funny thing is when I select Internet Exporer on Laptop Google page seems to load, wich by defualt loads when I open Opera browser on The phone, but thats where the wells fall off, nothing happens from there.

Mig dude.
The registry fix cab must be installed on TP,
The Net sharing thingIE must be installed n TP,soft reset
Launch the Net sharing thingie,
Connect your laptop to the new connection and u should be good

Also, make sure you have ActiveSync installed on the laptop. That screwed me up for a while...

You do need activesync installed because it installs the neccesarry files/drivers for your phone to be used as a modem.(generic rndis drivers) unless you downloaded those seperately.
