is there a cab that i can use to get the programs to look like they do on the custom roms rather than the boring list on the stock rom

depends what you want... I have made several cabs of basic titanium icons.

sory i didint explain it correctly. i mean when you click start in touchflo you are brought to the icons in most new roms but in stock rom its just has a drop down list for programs

OHHH.. no thats the difference between windows mobile 6.1 and 6.5, well one of the differences..
