Pim Back Up On Tp

for those who use it ....has it stopped workin for u ?
i got my old tp replacement thru sprint and dl pim and tried 2 restore my contacts and i can get it 2 work
i get this error msg

the format of the file "/storage card\pimbackup_20090723.pib" is invalid

ne way 2 get this to work??

i just used it not too long ago and it worked fine.

ne way 2 get this to work??

works fine for me. the format there "/....\" isn't right. maybe go directly to your backed up file and see if you can install it that way. or uninstall the program and reinstall.

ive tired 2 uninstall and install
even tried older versions and still the same result
and ive tried 2 move the .pid file to the device and restore that way also and it still doesnt work

op, so you cant backup contacts period? can you try another app? i think im missing something.

the thing is i have contacts backed up already and im tryin 2 restore ....if it wasnt for that id look for another backup program

cant you use another app and backup again? or is the other ppc dead now?

no i cant do that because the new tp has no contacts ...so there would be no point in backin the new fone up .....wat i need to do is restore the contacts i have on the file that doesnt seeem to wanna work ne more :/
