50 WM 6.5 Widgets

Sorry but I'm not going through the entire list again but there are 50 WM 6.5 widgets ready to go. There are screenshots and an entire list of them here: http://www.fuzemobility.com/wm-65-widget-mania/
They're all simple chromeless web widgets ranging from mobile sites to entertainment sites.

The download link is here: http://mobilitydigest.com/files/Fuze_Mobility_Widgets.zip

Enjoy

Re: 50 WM 6.5 Widgets

what's the difference between these widgets and creating bookmark/favorite shortcuts?

Re: 50 WM 6.5 Widgets

you end up in the same place but this is 'chromeless' meaning there's no address bar and reduced menus. This is like when the iPhone wouldn't let people make apps but you were allowed to make web apps...that's all it is. Shortcuts are pretty close - these have more ease of use but if someone wanted to they could create shortcuts to the sites directly in their programs directory and modify IE to show more screen and you're pretty much be there. These are obviously set up to install a lot easier as well...

Good idea. only problem is that none of the widgets are finger friendly. super small font. otherwise I would definitely be using alot of these.

Re: 50 WM 6.5 Widgets

hibby- you should make your own Just take any of the widgets, change the extension to a zip and extract the contents. You can edit the two files with notepad (once you open them it will be obvious how to change them), add your own icon and then rezip the file and change the extension to wgt and you're done

depends on the site...also, if you go into PIE and change the font to 'largest' it will carry over to the widgets. There are screenshots...you can see which ones are finger friendly but most are (and were intentionally picked for that reason).

Changing PIE settings didn't seem to do much if anything

Is your font any smaller than the font in the pics we provided?
