nooooooo. file explorer is not opening!!!!!

even after like 5 soft resets, it still doesnt work. i did a restore using sprite, it too did not work. now im gonna have to do a hard reset. has this happened to anyone? thanks

try to connect with activesync to get to your files and if it works back up your files

i have no idea man. i last recall using beejive to chat then it froze. i then soft reset it. then i opened file explorer to see that i just froze my phone. well anyways i just hard reset my phone and its working again. now its restoring all my data from sprite. man i love sprite backup. any findings darren? thanks bro
