Screen AND KB gone out same time
 

So I was at the store picking up some pepperjack cheese and went to write a text and boom, keyboard write, so I closed and then my screen went black. now it only displays a black screen. The phone is on and I can receive calls.

I have mymobiler on it but for some reason it won't launch (won't connect). Is there a way to force start it? I can connect via activesync. I'd like to see my texts and make sure all my photos are on the storage card.

**** yeah. I finally got it to completely connect via AS. loaded up the windows dir, make a shortcut of remote.exe, placed it in the startup folder. rebooted. AS won't work but mm does. woooot.


my 5th replacement is on its way!

same thing happened to me but i got it to connect through mymobiler. It showed up fine on my computer so i knew it was a hardware problem. For me the ribbon cable had a tear in it and caused all of the front screen to be dead along with the keyboard.

Thats what did it. Never eat pepperjack cheese and text...dangerous! lol

funny thing is. my keyboard stopped working once at the grocery store also but never the screen.

Those grocery stores have phone jammers that will screw you up.
