385 is RTM:
From tech.slashdot.org
Quote:
The RTM build is 7600, but it is not the same one that leaked less than two weeks ago (7600.16384). We speculated that Microsoft may end up recompiling build 7600 until it is satisfied, but it only took the company one more shot to get it right: 7600.16385 is the final build number.

I'm running win7 and it works fine for me. I did however have buildOS.exe crash when I had a bad OEM in my OEM folder.

Re: win7 7600.16385, buildos crash?

BuildOS crashes when MORE THAN 1 Options.xml references the SAME RGU or DSM inside. Please check all of your Options.xml

7600.16385 is RTM
7600.16386 just contains additional language files from what I understand. Either way, this is the final code, it's been confirmed by MS themselves.
