Re: Reseting Touch Pro

Start--settings--system--clear storage... enter 1234 in the box and hit ok.

or with the phone powered off, hold volume down, middle circle button, and hold power until you see it say about reseting.

1st option is easiest.

Re: Reseting Touch Pro

Resync with outlook.

I would personally use pim backup to backup my contacts prior, just to be safe. or save the pim.vol file off the phone and put it on the card or your computer.

Here is the link to pim backup
http://www.dotfred.net/PIM/PPCPimBackupV2.8_wm2005.zip
be sure to save your backup to memory card.

Here is more info on pim backup

Re: Reseting Touch Pro

I use SPB Backup, or Sprite Backup. Both are decent programs. Both have trial versions.

Re: Reseting Touch Pro

you can also take the pim.vol file on the root of your device and save that to your storage card. then when you reset your whole phone just put that back on the root of the device and you get your contacts back

I like dashwire to back up contacts, free and stored on web.
