Activesync encountered a problem on the desktop

I've tried every option I came across in activesync and my phone, can anyone help me please? TIA

Sounds like your partnership has become corrupt on your computer.

1.) Remove the partnership from both the device and PC
2.) Perform a Soft Reset on device, then reboot the PC.
3.) Establish a new partnership.

Hopefully it will sync successfully after that. Let us know!!!

I didn't really get a clear answer to this question so I will point you in the right direction. Some say these steps work and some it didn't but it seems like it is a problem with Windows activesync not your phone. Good luck

Ok, here's what I did and it worked. I just deleted the mobile device from activesync, reconnected it via usb cable, went thru the wizard, and it fixed it. thanks for the help apristel and mikejones13.
