Support Code 86000107
I've tried every option I came across in activesync and my phone, can anyone help me please? TIA |
Re: Activesync encountered a problem on the desktop
Sounds like your partnership has become corrupt on your computer. 1.) Remove the partnership from both the device and PC 2.) Perform a Soft Reset on device, then reboot the PC. 3.) Establish a new partnership. Hopefully it will sync successfully after that. Let us know!!! |
Re: Activesync encountered a problem on the desktop
I didn't really get a clear answer to this question so I will point you in the right direction. Some say these steps work and some it didn't but it seems like it is a problem with Windows activesync not your phone. Good luck

Re: Activesync encountered a problem on the desktop
Ok, here's what I did and it worked. I just deleted the mobile device from activesync, reconnected it via usb cable, went thru the wizard, and it fixed it. thanks for the help apristel and mikejones13.
