CDma WorkShop Qpst help!

hello me again argh i know. i ben trying to acces cdma sprint htc touch pro with qpst and cdma workshop but they both dont recognize fone on ports when it is in DIAG mode . ANy help ?is it a driver problem. fone shows up in devies as "htc usb modem" thankyou

sound's like you need to add the port, when you go into add port, uncheck "diagnostic only" and look for any ports labelled as usb and add them. Keep doing this till no usb ports are listed, then you are good to go
