He won't have any of the email functions or web. But he has unlimited text. $30 extra for that stuff, which still isn't bad.

Just delete the mobile devices that you don't use anymore in Activesync. That will delete any prior partnerships.

Re: i have given up on the touch pro--blackberry help

The OP has probably already got it figured out, but for future reference:

The BB Device Manager has the option to transfer info from a smartphone/pda to bb device, with both of them being hooked to the laptop. Worked like a charm for me. Then through the DM, you can set up your BB to sync with Outlook.

Re: i have given up on the touch pro--blackberry help

If you have a hotmail account you can download a small app for the touch pro called microsoft my phone at myphone.microsoft.com. Then you can back up all your files to the web and reaccess them from your black berry.

Wow such civility in this thread. If the OP had mentioned that he needed help moving to an certain other idevice... he probably would have been flamed to no end.

Re: i have given up on the touch pro--blackberry help

My suggestion would be microsoft my phone as well. It uploads your contacts as well as txt messages, music, ect. to the web. You can get it at myphone.microsoft.com.
