TouchFlo programs scroll freeze after select
 

Ex-mogul owner loving my TouchPro. My programs screen scrolls fine until I select a program, close it and go back to the programs screen. Then it won't finger scroll until I, say, jump over to settings and back to programs. Any ideas?
Brand new phone, stock everything....so far....;-)
