Chaning text color on today screen

do i have to do a soft reset in order for the changes to occur? I tried it and it didnt do anything, i pressed apply when I changed some of the colors that I though could possibly be for the calender reminders but it is still white text, could is be the rom im using?

EDIT, i have attached the screenshot of the screen where I was changing it.

it looks right try doing a soft reset if not uninstall and reinstall also idk if have 6.1 or 6.5 has anything to do with it

I found a program called motor stroller that will allow you to customize and change all your colors.
It is not free though I think it is only a dollar. Even so I think there is a trial version so you should at least be able to do what you want with the trial. Just searched Google.

Just tried it, (free trial) not only did it not fit my screen but it didnt change the colors I wanted to change either lol. UI Tweaker had a bigger selection of things I could change the color of too.

EDIT: I did find something called "TdyScheme Changer 0.5.4.2" but im having a hard time trying to find out where I can install it. It was on freeware but it takes me to a site and says i cant download it, and he DLing screen never appears when i go to DL it right to my phone

Alright, I just thought I would show everyone what I tried and what it did so that they don't waste there time like I have so far lol.

UITweaker.cab
BlackFontColor.cab (see pics to what it does.)
Motor Stroller Custom Color Setup1.1.exe
RC_Mod v2.1 ENG.cab

All of these are good programs to use for changing colors, but non change the calender events (reminders) that show up on your today screen.
The BlackFontColor.cab is good for someone that has a light background for all of there tabs, I did add it to the bottom, the rest you can find in a Google search or in this thread.

Im still searching for an answer!

(You can see the Blackfont cab changed my alarm clock text too.)
