Picture Mail

I can send all day but can't receive.. from any carrier.. anyone else have this problem? I have Sprint btw

I have this problem with SMS, but only involving ATT customers. I can send to anbody, and recieve from anybody but att. If anybody with att sends me an sms message, I dont ever recieve it, or get any indication they sent a text. MMS and voice from att phones works fine however.

Strange.. I called Sprint but got tired of waiting on someone in their "tech support"

likewise. I have narrowed mine down to a network problem though. I got my instinct out of the closet and activated it and had the same results, so its not a hardware issue.

I told the "IT" at sprint it had to be on their end since I could receive and they said it was my phone.. what do they know anyway they troubleshoot problems off of a damn predetermined list
