keyboard stopped working
My keyboard stopped working. I'm still within the warranty period but my water detector turned red when I installed the invisible shield. Should I be concerned when I file a claim? Any tips? :violent2:

Re: keyboard stopped working
They more than likely reject you for the sticker. You would be better off if you "lost" :-$it or if it was "reported lost" :dontknow:or if it went "missing or stolen" :laughing6:look at the bright side, you "would" ;)have some extra accessories! But you have to have TEP to cover it.

Re: keyboard stopped working
If you go to a sprint store that has refurb phones on hand, and just ask them to exchange it they will more then likely not even look at the phone other then to see the keyboard doesn't function, Ive done this twice now. or you can just remove the water sticker, and if they say anything about it IF they open it up, argue that thats how you got the phone :P Also, Try pushing hard on the spacebar and see if the KB starts working, The cable right under there is the one thats came loose on all 4 of my TPs.

Re: keyboard stopped working
I'm with Verizon... my keyboard started working again after two soft resets. Would it be wise to let them know the sticker is red while it's working properly?
