Getting 6.1 start menu on 6.5

only thing i have heard of(but not tried) was the quick menu cab. is that what you tried?

No there was a cab that supposedly made you get the old menu, but it was garb. I tried quickmenu also, but I don't like it much. I want the good 'ol menu style!

This would be cool as i really really like the 6.1 menu but am starting to get used to the 6.5 now

Yeah i guess this prob isnt happening. I thought I read that it was done, but I guess I was confused. Using the old 6.1 tsk's will give you the old menus, but not the start menu. I misunderstood and got all excited. I would be really down with 6.5 if it didn't have the dumb ( to me ) start menu.
