Re: Why can't I flash 21921?
I'm sure someone would help you out if you actually elaborated on any issues you are currently having and or post in the correct sub-forum, but Im guess some information would be goot to know to start off with.

Hmmmm...
Maybe your TP is very resistant to change. It can happen. They get stubborn sometimes. You just need to show it who's boss and throw it across the room. Or smack it on the table works too. |

Re: Why can't I flash 21921?
I would check the bootloader version because you may have installed wrong one to unlock.
Also I believe the RUU uses dll files from activesync so you would need that installed on your computer. It is a longshot because anything may be going wrong. Last resort try another comp. Last edited by Maxx134; 07-16-2009 at 03:49 AM. Reason: extra guess |

Re: Why can't I flash 21921?
1) make sure you have the latest winrar downloaded (which was why I had issues)
2) as Maxx said go into bootloader and make sure its unlocked 3) some roms (that i have found) require you to start in bootloader before flashing 4) elaborate on your question 5) make sure Activesync is enabled on your phone BEFORE you flash and BEFORE you go to bootloader

Re: Why can't I flash 21921?
My TP detail: SPL 0.37, unlocked.
I flashed my TP to EnergyROM 'Mercury' (21921) just now. But still can flash to Groove 21925. |

Re: Why can't I flash 21921?
first off...WHO is your carrier?
If it happens to be Verizon then you will need to lower the pagepool for most standard roms as Cooks like to set them in the 16-24Mb area which a Verizon TP simply can't handle due to the redistribution of system ram to the radio section (probably for 4G future use). If the above is true then use the pagepool changer on the nbh file of the rom your going to flash and set it somwhere in the 8-12 mb area... |
