You dont need one. Please use the search feature in this forum before starting a new thread.

Simply click on the program called Internet Sharing. It comes installed on sotck ROMs and all user-made ROMs.

if you're running a custom rom, just plug the phone into the computer and select "Internet Sharing"
wmwifirouter will allow you to do this via wifi

PdaNet is a good one. I started using a couple of months ago but it seems that I have to soft reset my HTC TP to get it to work after disconnecting. Once connected, it does a great job

make sure you installed activesync as it installes the drivers to tether your phone.
