Put the file on your phone or SD card and run it using the file explorer on your phone and it will install the app.

OK got it to install on the phone. Getting rrror during streaming message - optional resource assembly not found.

What rom are you running? You probably need .net installed on your phone.

Yeah that means you are still stock! Install the second file I posted and it should work for ya. Don't worry you'll catch on quickly!

Installed the .net file and am getting the same message. Weird. Any other suggestions, your help is really appreciated.
