MSL Not Working On Touch Pro ...
 

so .. i dial ##786# to bring up the epst ... and it always constantly takes me to the diagnostics not the "view, edit, cancel" list .... so i download BAFLES epst msl program .. get my MSL .. and it takes me to the 3 selection screen ... but when i click VIEW .. it says it cant find the info for EVERYTHING .. and when i click edit and type my MSL in .. it says its the wrong code ... im using NRGz latest ROM .. and my radio is the newest sprint 1.11 ... any questions why my phone wont let me change the radio frequency to fix my data ... becuz its draining my battery baddddd ... its set to 2 .. connects atleast every 2 minutes ... and i have to manually turn it off .. unless theres a program to fix that connection

:disgust:I'm guessing you're entering the wrong MSL. I seem to recall having the same problem using the "BAF MSL Grabber". I just don't recall what I did at the time to work around it sorry :disgust:

well .. thats the thing i walked into sprint and said may i have my MSL code .. guy looked at me .. wrote it down ... and i walked right back out ... used that one which is the one BAFLES program brought up ... still nothing .. i hard reset ... wiped it clean with clean storage then tried it again .. same thing ... no info .. code dont work

Might have to switch back to a stock rom. I had an issue like that once where BAF and whatever the other msl generator program didn't work. They kept giving bad MSN's. I called sprint and of course they didn't help they actually sent me a refurb. Anyway flash back to a stock rom and try Baf then it should work. Otherwise use the sprint profile updater next and call customer service and give them your stuff and say your data is giving you an error they will give you your msl to re provision your data. Also when I did it the one BAF generated on a custom rom actually worked when I flashed back to stock.
