Screen dimming/auto turn off stalls internet sharing?

Hello,

It appears that when my screen auto turns off (I have turn off device if not used for 600 seconds on external power) that my internet sharing dies/stalls until I turn the screen back on. I don't recall noticing this behavior in the past, or maybe I just played with my phone too much to really notice it.

For the mean time I'm unchecking the option.....thoughts anyone?
