Looking for a notification program I had on a ROM

I don't recall which ROM had it, but when I got multiple new emails or texts, I could scroll through them using the popup notification message at the bottom of my screen.

I am currently using MR6, and it will just pop up and say you have x messages. I would like to be able to scroll through them.

Is there a program out there that does it on its on?
