what is SPCO???
 

hey i got a new exchange phone in the mail today and i have been messing around with it and i decided to do an internet speed test and before at www.mobilespeedtest.com i was getting like 700-800 and would show ip as Alltel, now with the new phone it shows my ip as SPCO and my speed is like 4.3!!!! i tried this in both IE and Opera. i am using mightyrom 6 but i was also getting the same results with the stock alltel rom. what the heck is going on????

sadly it's what i expect with Alltel switching to Verizon...

so is spco just like what they are using now kinda like what opera mini does???
