Help my phone won't co-operate with me
 

I was flashing my phone today and it was a 99% complete and just hit 100 when my computer crashed. now all my phone does is turn on, vibrate and repeats that . please help

If that does not work you can flash your phone via the SD card:

hard rest would not work. i'll try the sd card way and let you all know if it works

it won't work for me. i can't even get my phone to stop rebooting. there's no way i can put that .exe file into my phone

Copy the .nbh (not the .exe) file to the root of your SD card and reset your phone. use a pc to copy the file to your SD card

well, i have the .nbh file on sd card and only that. it's finally giving me screen for the hard rest. but after it boots it just goes back to my orginal problem.

So it goes through the ROM load and then does this? If so, what ROM are you trying to load up?

i'm trying to reload the stock rom. it doesn't even go to the rom load screen just the part about losing all data and press vol up to reboot
