You're CDMA...nope just flash another just like you would a ROM and it overwrites.

Beware of these cradles. They can put a lot of torsional stress on your USB port. In fact it broke my port. I was lucky that I convinced the Sprint tech that it was a TP product defect, otherwise I would have had to pony up for the insurance replacement.
