hrrrmmm....
gpstest says i'm picking up satellites no problem, as well as htc gps tool. googlemaps though continues to give me the 'temporarily unavailable' message, and there is no longer the menu option to tweak the com port or baud rate :/

NOTE IMPORTANT!!!! THIS IS ONLY FOR VERIZON!!!
try this to fix your issue.... Download and install this cab... Open file explorer and run /windows/ppst The phone will reset...when done try your GPS!
