htc touch pro keeps turning off?
 

hope i'm in the right section..but this week my touch pro has repeatedly kept turning off by itself randomly @ least once an hour or when it goes to sleep..it's gettin irritating....i don't wanna do a hard reset but feel imay have too soon to HOPEFULLY remedy the issue..has ANYONE come across this?
also if i use the resco back to back up all my info...if i reinstall it after the hard reset will i have the same issue as in "will saving it also save the issue im having" ANY help would be appreciated fellas thanx

lol, coz wouldhave moved the old one. dont forget to back-up contacts also. keep us posted on what you discover or if you get a fix.

Try swapping out the battery? Sprint might have spare ones they'd be willing to give you. As for software, this problem seems to be too broad to be able to pinpoint any specific program I know of that would cause this.
