Thanks for the input- I really didnt want to reformat, but it sounds like that is the only way. It is formated in FAT32, i just dont know if I eclipsed a certain threshold where it stopped recognizing the the card. I have never been able to flash from the 16gb card, i have to flash using the 8 gb micro.

I thought TP only supported 8GB not 16's, am I wrong, Mine is unlocked but came from verizon.

You may need to run a patch to your phone to support SDHD cards (above 8gb)
Cards larger than 8gb are slightly different than the older ones as they are higher density.
I remember this from the days of the mogul!
Not sure if it really applies to the TP...

That doesn't apply to the Touch Pro. SDHC cards (above 2gb for standard cards) have always worked stock on the Touch Pro.
