Favorites Photo Resolution??

What does it take to get a 'clearer' photo in the FAVORITES of someone? I have a couple that are very clear and are cut at the same size (250px X 250px) but they turn out VERY FUZZY in the 3/4 preview pane. Any thoughts?

I was thinking it was a fileSIZE thing maybe?

Thanks in advance!

Re: Favorites Photo Resolution??

save the contact photo using the actual photo tab. that will make your photo come out clear.

Re: Favorites Photo Resolution??

So, you mean EDIT the contact or once you're in FAVORITES, do it through the soft key menu?

Just making sure.....

Re: Favorites Photo Resolution??

I use S2V, it has an option to save an image to a contact and it works great.

Re: Favorites Photo Resolution??

You need to add the photo from the TF3D interface. If you do it from the MS contact list, they can be fuzzy. I had the same problem before.

Re: Favorites Photo Resolution??

If you use Google Sync it will replace it with a low resolution photo...so you might wanna stick with Outlook, if you aren't already.

Re: Favorites Photo Resolution??

Don't use outlook - that will downsample.

What I did was I used HTC's Album, went through a bunch of pictures, and selected "save to contact" for each one. This will save as the higher res 256x256 pixel pictures.
