I was able to fix the problems with calling and messaging bugs with this link http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?p=313950
HOWEVER, now that I installed this file my internet doesn't work anymore. That is I cannot use GPS and when I try to use the internet it says: Cannot Connect. Dialed: #777. Cannot connect for an unknown reason. To check your connection settings and change them if needed, tap Settings. If the problem continues, reset your mobile device according to your manufacturer's documentation and try again.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix the internet connection?

Does anybody know if DCD's carrier cabs would help in this situation?

Interesting, I went to see a few repair stores and asked them if they could reflash my ROM. To my surprise they said that they can revert my phone to out of box condition, that is they have the shipped ROM. Depending on the store, they ask from 65$ to over a 100. I think it's too much for 5 minutes of work. I'm wondering where they got the ROM if it's not even on the internet. Asked them if the can just sell me the ROM but they don't want to
