You have to use a program like Total Commander to overwrite files like that. Trying to use file explorer won't work.

fILE explorer definitely wont work, however even with TC, Resco...that isht wont budge until u instal the sdk cert, that is my experience with it

Cab doesn't work even after using sdk cab, and doing it manually with Total Commander upon soft reset brings up the stock winmo battery icon. Something doesn't work right, but it's a damn shame, cause it looks really cool. Can't get it to work

try renaming the dll with total commander then copying the new one with windows explorer via activesync
