Finger Keyboard is one of the best onscreen keyboard. Google it...too tired to hunt down link. I know its on XDAs Website.

I can't see the attraction to fingerKB myself (other than it looks great)
I can type 100 times faster & more accurately using TouchPal & T+. ~John
