tp fails to boot
I installed Black Keyboard VGA v1.1 (1).cab
and after reboot it goes to a black screen and fails to boot. I have tried a hard reset but it only gives me the splash screen then a black screen. How can I get it back to loading windows?

Got it to boot by pulling the battery and at the black screen hitting the back key and it brought up the text consistent with a typical hard reset. Pressed volume up and it worked.
I hope this helps someone else in the future.
