RUU not opening on my XP comp

I've been flashing roms for quite some time but suddenly, one day I just planned to flash a new rom on my Sprint TP and the RUU just would open. I double click the icon for RomUtilityUpdate like a billion times and nothing! I plan to use the SD card method for now but I really prefer flashing from the desktop..

Help?
