New to the board question

Hello everyone, well this if my first post here and I've got a question that I can't seem to find. When you do one of these custom ROM updates, does that update the Radio as well in the phone or no or should it say if it does?

I just got the latest update from HTC's website with the new radio and I like it a lot.

it will not update the radio, that is a separate flash. whatever radio you have is what you will keep until you flash the radio nbh file. welcome to the board!

the stock factory ROM's sometimes do flash the radio, the custom ROM's don't

i thought some do and dont they say if they do?? dont hold me to it but i coulda sworn that i have seen a rom with a radio flash included
