How to...?

Does anyone know how to add more blocks to add programs tab for the touch/diamond? It has 18 total blocks to add programs..any way to add more? Maybe a registry edit~?

Try using one of the newer 6.5 ROMS (Currently touting Demolition myself, click the image for the link). The start menu comes up and you can have all the programs you desire right there.
