Phone hangs/freezes after talking on the phone...
 

I have a Sprint version of the HTC Touch Pro and it's fully flashed to cricket. I bought it flashed already with a few programs installed. Since then I have installed a few programs myself. When I first got it, I played with it some and didnt really notice any problem because i was hardly talking on the phone, I'm more of a text person. Anyways, I noticed that when I took an incoming call or made an outgoing call, once the call was ended, the 4 main soft keys and center dial/button were no longer functioning. The screen buttons work, but i can't use the home key, call start/end keys, and not even the top stand-by button. If I open the keyboard and close it, the screen gets stuck on it's side as if the keyboard is still opened. The only way to fix the problem is a soft reset. I started looking for solutions but found nothing. What I did notice was that it went away when I installed a program on my phone. I don't remember the name of the program, but it was a full theme or whatever and it had screens that were like Professional, Home, etc. I removed it and have since seen the problem come back. I will try to find out what program it is, but I dont want to have to install something just to make a call correctly on my phone. Any suggestions? Help?
