I just asked the same question a couple of days ago. Check out this post: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=73329

Read through the whole post, it has cabs for the 4 icon start menu with or without the honeycomb background.

I wish someone would make a tool to more easily customize the start menu.
Its a pain to get just how you want
