Sigh,
Husband got a BB Curve, loves Sprint Navigation. I decided to install it on my Pro Touch. Could not find ANYWHERE on the Sprint/Nextell site where it was. I then setup a "Chat" with a Sprint Rep. He sent me a link to download it. When I did, it says that it is Tele program? Is that what I should see? Then when I try to run the program it says invalid account number??? It never asks for an account number, just my name and email. What am I missing here?

if you have a pro, please change phone info. now, exactly what cab do you want for the tp? ill find it.

Telenav is the maker of Sprints nav software. I'm asuming you have a data plan that includes nav since hubby has it on his phone. I don't recall needing to register before use. Did you try a soft reset before using the nav program? there is a management web site . Last 4 digits of your phone# are usually the pin. Good luck!

Thanks everybody. Why did I even bother to "Chat" with a Sprint rep, who then sent me the wrong cab. I ask here and like immediately have the cab I needed. Again, thanks
