Save Text Messages

Does anyone know if there is a way to add a "save" folder to text messaging on a HTC touch Pro? My Treo 700WX would let you save but I can't figure it out on the Touch Pro.

Re: Save Text Messages

Go to tools, Manage folders. Tap and hold on inbox, and there is an option to create a new folder..Good luck

Re: Save Text Messages

I tried that but I can only create new folders in my email. In my text messaging it wont let me add folders.

Re: Save Text Messages

as with most things, dashwire is still the best for this as well. you can bunch texts up seperately by person

Re: Save Text Messages

dashwire didnt work for me personally...just did my contacts, which was a mess when i had to active sync the rest of info in still...gave me dbl contacts in outlook, that was fun manually deleting 350+ contacts lol...

i just save to drafts or sent, not outbox, if i really needto save something.... personally i dont know why most of you guys fuss over saving txt messages... if you need em for evidence of something, their quite easy to print using BT or the PictBridge hack(thanks nuerom.com) through JetCet5...

and you can always highlight the message and forward to your email if you need secure, non on-board, storage of said txt messages..

just my 2 cents
