HTC touch pro center button
How do you keep it from flashing? it keeps flashing granted i do have new emails but I do not want it to keep flashing due to battery drainage, also does anyone know what radio is the best for Akron, Ohio area as well?

I hardly every update my emails on my phone. And I have them set to that day only and manual download. That way it doesn't kill my battery downloading them all the time. I don't see a point in having them sync or loaded onto my phone unless I have the time to read the emails. Majority of the time that I do have the time to read my emails, I'm at the computer, so no point in syncing them then. It's just another way to kill your phone battery. |

Go to Settings, Sounds & Notifications. Click on Notification tab. Select the event you want to edit, you would choose "Messaging:New e-mail message". Then turn off the flashing light option. I guess some ROMs have it greyed out, but most ROMs i use don't. If its greyed out then follow the link that jjs85 put up. -housinit |
