Clock when app is open

When I am on my today screen the battery icon shows in the task bar but when I open an app it changes to the clock, is there any way to keep it the battery icon. I searched and could only find things on the HKLM\Software\Microsoft\shell \ShowTitleBarClock. but it is set to 0 already.

Re: Clock when app is open

I know I can do that to see the power it's more I don't care what time it is and I like my battery icon better than I like the clock.
