Video editor like the omnia

Is there a program for the pro or that works on the pro that edits videos like the one thats on the Samsung omnia (i forgot the name of it)? i have some videos I wanna put together and dont know of a program that does this?????

I haven't seen an actual video editor for our TP's, but I would think editing videos on your PC then transferring to your TP might be your best bet.
