Wallpaper tab on TF3D2/Rhodium?

Would it be possible to have a tab dedicated to displaying a picture/slideshow? I don't want to break out of TF3D2, just want a tab that would display a picture but nothing else (I would like to keep my home tab as is). Also, does anyone know how to disable the flip clock? I want the small clock that you get when you flick up, not the huge one.
