Responsive Vibrate program

Anyone know what the program is or if there is a cab so that I have a real light vibrate that responds to the movement and selection of programs? I know that NFSFAN's 6.5 rom has it. I'm really sorry for the terrible description but that's the only real way I can describe it.
Thanks in advance!

There is a cab. It's called Touch Response. I'm on the road, or I'd upload it for you...

Heres Touch response.
You can adjust the duration of the feed back and make it only vibe on the keyboard or all the time. or not at all on silent.
very customizable.
