There is some adapter that allows you to put the music on a FM frequency... this would the the closest to bluetooth but you must make sure you use an blank (nothing broadcasting in there) frequency or you'll get mixed signals.

the only problem i have with using my fm transmitter is that when i get an incoming call, they can't hear me because it registers as a headset. maybe something like this would solve that?
