Power button/Screen sleep re-map?

I am wondering if I can change it so the back arrow or end call button wakes up the screen from sleep mode? Any button on the face of the phone or even tapping the screen would be fine with me. I do not like the top power button as its hard to find by feel. I am use to hitting the end call key on my old treo 800w to turn on/off the screen.

Re: Power button/Screen sleep re-map?

Well, I think there are a few apps out there that will do this. Keep in mind though if you carry your phone in your pocket it will probably turn on without you knowing it and drain the battery. It could also dial out. There was an app on freewarepocketpc.mobi that allows you to change/modify the power button. Don't know if that is what you need.

Start -> Settings -> System -> Key lock -> "Do not lock buttons"

That's what locking programs are for
