can you cook on tp?

is it possible to cook a rom using the tp? if we can flash from the sd card can we just cook it and save it?

If you're looking to actually create a ROM on the TP, then I don't think it's possible. You have to use a computer to cook it.

It's possible over RDP/VNC/etc, but it's a major PITA. Not worth the time and effort.
