Re: Best program to lock phone?
Why are you leaving S2U2? Like you I have been using S2U2 for years, it does exactly what I need, lets me preview text, email, missed calls . Great program!

Re: Best program to lock phone?
I love the program and have been using it since ppc-6700 days. Just wanted to see if anything better out there. I am using Treo Pro right now and going back to touch pro and i love the way treo unlocks with just center button.

Re: Best program to lock phone?
I used s2u2 for years also, it's all I used in my Titan's & I loved it.
When I went to my TouchPro setups I started having tons of problems with it however. What was an awesome program in the Titan was buggy as hell & also kiiling my battery in the TP (it has gotten incredibly bloated in later versions) About that time, someone suggested I try PocketShield. It took me one day to realize PS is a FAR better program as far as the TouchPro is concerned. It is completely bug free & has no effect whatever on battery life. It will unlock with the center button/stylus remove/light sensor/movement (with sensitivity adjustment) etc or any combination of these choices. PS is all I use now in my 3 TP's, I would never use s2u2 again at this point. ~John |

Re: Best program to lock phone?
Here is another option. I have been using LockMeLite for a while and it works great. Simple and effective:

Re: Best program to lock phone?
I've been using throttlelock. Basically a windows mobile version of the pattern based lock program that comes on the android phones. It's nice and you can skin it.
I'm not sure how it is on battery life though, and it's still a bit in the early stages. |

Re: Best program to lock phone?
+1 on Pocket Shield..
Used S2U2 on my 6700, but had too many issues with my TP and S2U2... Mainly battery drain and too big a memory footprint for comfort... I even donated to A_C numerous times, it is donation-ware, not free-ware, unless you are a cheap btard...
